• One (1) Grand Prize: win up to $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) paid by Overstock.com on behalf of Winner directly to one or more qualified creditors of the Winner or the Winner’s immediate family. Overstock.com will add to the value of any prize an additional amount reasonably estimated to be the amount necessary for the payment of federal and state taxes that may be assessed or owing on the value of the prize awarded, such that the award may be tax free. Qualified creditors are limited to credit card companies, mortgage lenders, medical creditors, student loan creditors, and car loan creditors. Overstock shall only pay the prize money for debt owed prior to August 1,2009 by Winner to a qualified creditor. The aggregate approximate retail value of all prizes is $10,000 at a minimum, and depending on the estimated taxes, may be a maximum of $15,000.
